Job Search Tips : The Tough Questions

1. What salary are you looking for? "Well I am currently at $ _____, but my main concern is opportunity."
Do not offer any figures

2. Why are you leaving your present position? "I enjoy my work, _____ is a great company, but this is my current situation _____ and when I heard about the opportunity here I wanted to pursue it."
Always be positive, but give a valid reason for leaving.

3. What is your weakness? "I am always looking to improve my _____ skills."
Put it in terms of positive growth.
